At Dash Activewear, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

You include your order number and reason for return/exchange inside the package.
No need to email to initiate return, just send it to the below address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
Exchanges
If you requested an exchange and your preferred size/item is in stock, we’ll ship it out as soon as the return is received. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
