Return & Refund Policy – DashActive.co

At Dash Activewear, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • You include your order number and reason for return/exchange inside the package.

No need to email to initiate return, just send it to the below address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank


Exchanges

If you requested an exchange and your preferred size/item is in stock, we’ll ship it out as soon as the return is received. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll prioritise a replacement or issue a refund once verified.
