UK orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship globally. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your region.
Where's my order confirmation?
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation email. If you haven’t received it within 30 minutes, email us at dashactive1@outlook.com
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best. Email us ASAP at dashactive1@outlook.com with your order number.

What’s your return policy?
You can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with tags.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — if we have the size in stock. Contact us within 14 days and we’ll sort you out.
Do you offer free returns?
Currently, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility — we’re a small business, but working on improving this!

What does “Drop 001” mean?
It’s our first official release. Think limited-run, high-energy essentials. Future drops will follow, but once a style’s gone, it’s likely gone for good.
